Before you buy

Check the whole setup.

rDMA+ is prepared for a particular motherboard and BIOS. Start with a compatibility check covering both PCs, the connection between them, and the software you intend to use.

Do I need two PCs for rDMA+?

The setup uses a gaming PC and a second PC. Removing the separate DMA card does not remove the second computer. The PCs connect through the same network or directly by Ethernet.

Compatibility includes more than a motherboard name. The BIOS version, Windows version, second computer, available connections, and intended software all form part of the proposed setup. Send those details together so staff can assess the configuration you actually plan to use.

Which PC details should I send?

Motherboard make and model
Provide the exact model rather than only the manufacturer or chipset family.
Current BIOS version
State the version currently installed. Staff will request the original BIOS file needed for preparation.
Windows version
Include the version used on the gaming PC.
Second-PC details
Provide its basic specifications so the companion-software setup can be considered.
Available connections
Explain how each PC connects to the network and whether you plan to connect them directly by Ethernet.
Intended game and software
Name both. Game support and compatibility with a particular software package are not interchangeable questions.

Keep order information and personal details inside your private Discord ticket. You do not need to publish a hardware inventory or an order number in a public community channel.

Which games and environments are supported?

Support includes FACEIT, Vanguard / VGK, EAC, and ACE environments. Games include VALORANT, Fortnite, Rust, and Counter-Strike 2. Staff confirm the intended game and software alongside your hardware before you purchase.

The game and platform guides explain the distinct questions for FACEIT, VALORANT / Vanguard, Fortnite, Rust, and CS2. For cross-game terminology, read the EAC firmware explanation.

These names describe the supported scope to discuss with staff; they are not a guarantee for every combination or every future update. Separate game-software licences are not part of the firmware order.

Secure Boot and IOMMU

Secure Boot and IOMMU can remain enabled on supported configurations. Do not assume you must disable them just because another setup uses different settings. Ask staff to confirm the requirements for your own motherboard and BIOS.

What happens after the compatibility check?

Staff confirm the order contents and preparation estimate for your configuration. Keep a backup of your original BIOS and follow the instructions provided for your motherboard.

If you plan to change your motherboard, BIOS, or intended software after the check, raise that change before proceeding. The original assessment describes the configuration you supplied, not an unspecified replacement.
