Support

Three months of firmware coverage.

The warranty starts when you receive your firmware. If it stops working within three months, report the failure in a private support ticket within that period.

What does the firmware warranty cover?

If your firmware stops working during the three-month coverage period, staff will investigate and repair or replace the firmware at no additional charge. The failure must be reported in a private support ticket within that period.

The starting point is receipt of the firmware, rather than the date you first asked about the product. Keep your order information and delivery conversation available so the relevant order and coverage period can be identified.

Coverage is a firmware repair-or-replacement commitment. Describe what stopped working so staff can investigate your firmware and setup before recommending next steps.

How do I report a firmware problem?

  1. Open a private Discord support ticket within the coverage period.
  2. Include your order number and a clear description of the issue.
  3. Explain what you expected to happen and what happens instead.
  4. Mention relevant changes to the setup since it last worked, if there have been any.
  5. Follow the instructions staff provide for investigating that specific configuration.

Useful context can include the game and software involved, the BIOS and Windows versions, and whether the connection arrangement has changed. Share relevant error messages or screenshots when they help explain the problem, keeping personal information out of anything you share publicly.

You do not need to diagnose the cause yourself before opening a ticket. Report the observed problem clearly and within the coverage period. The support-ticket checklist and message template can help you prepare the details.

Does my access end after three months?

Your firmware access continues after the three months end. The coverage period is not a three-month subscription or an automatic access-expiry date.

Continued access and warranty coverage are different things. Continued access does not extend the stated three-month repair-or-replacement period. If you need help after that period, describe the situation in a private ticket and ask staff about your specific case.

Set up with the right information

Before purchasing, have staff confirm your motherboard, BIOS, Windows version, second PC, connection, and intended game and software. Keep a backup of the original BIOS and follow the instructions supplied for your motherboard.

Setup assistance is included with rDMA+. Separate game-software licences are not included, so be clear about which part of your setup needs help when contacting support.
